Невероятно вкусное блюдо, которое подойдёт и для семейного ужина, и для встречи гостей. Приготовить тушёного кролика с фасолью несложно, а результат превзойдет все ваши ожидания. Попробуйте!
Описание приготовления:
Подавать блюдо можно как самостоятельно, так и с гарниром. Идеально подойдёт как рис, так и любые макаронные изделия. Мясо кролика получается мягкое, нежное, сочное и очень вкусное. Готовить рекомендую в любой посуде с толстым дном, у меня казан, но подойдёт и обычная утятница. В процессе мясо тушится с овощами, пропитываясь их соком и ароматом — объедение гарантированно. Ну, а если кролика под рукой не оказалось, попробуйте приготовить аналогично с любым другим мясом. Получится ничуть не хуже!

Ингредиенты:
Кролик — 600 Грамм
Лук — 1-2 Штук
Помидоры — 300 Грамм
Фасоль консервированная — 1 Банка (подойдёт и белая, и красная)
Перец болгарский — 200 Грамм
Чеснок — 3-4 Зубчиков
Морковь — 1 Штука
Растительное масло — 50 Миллилитров
Сок лимона — 2-3 Ст. ложек
Соль — По вкусу
Специи — По вкусу
Количество порций: 6-8
Как приготовить «Тушёный кролик с фасолью»
Подготовьте все ингредиенты.
Тушку кролика промойте, обсушите и нарежьте на порционные кусочки.
Натрите кусочки солью и специями, полейте соком лимона и обжарьте на растительном масле со всех сторон до румяной корочки. В процессе можно подлить немного воды и потушить мясо до мягкости.
Добавьте нарезанный четвертинками или перьями лук и нарезанную соломкой морковь. Готовьте периодически помешивая около 10 минут.
Затем добавьте нарезанный брусочками перец и тушите еще около 3-5 минут.
Помидоры разрежьте пополам и натрите на тёрке. Шкурку уберите, а мякоть отправьте к мясу с овощами. Сюда же добавьте измельчённый чеснок, можно добавить пару щепоток сахара.
Продолжайте тушить все вместе еще 5 минут.
В самом конце добавьте фасоль. Можно взять как консервированную, так и отварить фасоль заранее.
Добавьте немного воды (100-150 мл.), чтобы мясо было почти покрыто, отрегулируйте на соль и тушите на небольшом огне 30 минут.
