Описание приготовления:
Варенье из тыквы с облепихой готовится просто и быстро. Оно не требует долгого выстраивания и многократного уваривания. После однократно проваривания заготовка готова.
Тыкву очистите от кожуры. Поделите на две части. Одну натрите на крупной тёрке, другую нарежьте на небольшие кусочки. Переложите в кастрюлю с толстым дном.
Вымойте облепиху, стряхните воду и добавьте к тыкве.
Добавьте сахар. Перемешайте. Оставьте на 3-4 часа при комнатной температуре.
По истечении времени должен выделиться сок. Поставьте кастрюлю на умеренный огонь. Варите с момента закипания 30 минут.
Через указанное время, варенье немного уменьшится в объеме, кусочки тыквы станут мягкими. Заготовка готова.
Перелейте горячее варенье в банку, оставьте неприкрытым до полного остывания. После укупорьте и уберите на хранение в тёмное, прохладное место.
