Приготовить рулетики из кабачков и баклажанов можно как к повседневной трапезе, так и к любому праздничному столу. Подавать можно в качестве горячей закуски или как самостоятельное блюдо.

Закуска получается очень вкусная, ароматная и нежная, буквально тает во рту. Отличная идея как для праздничного стола, так и для любого повседневного обеда или ужина. Ингредиенты:
Кабачок — 1 Штука (молодой)
Баклажан — 1 Штука
Помидор — 1 Штука
Чеснок — 1-2 Зубчиков
Сыр — 130 Грамм
Сметана — 2 Ст. ложки
Майонез — 1 Ст. ложка
Растительное масло — 30 Миллилитров
Соль — По вкусу
Перец черный молотый — По вкусу
Количество порций: 4-6
Как приготовить «Рулетики из кабачков и баклажанов»
Подготовьте все ингредиенты.
Соедините давленый чеснок, примерно 100 грамм сыра, майонез и 1 ст.л. сметаны. Перемешайте. Начинка готова.
Овощи нарежьте тонкими полосками, смажьте маслом и обжарьте на сковороде гриль (можно запечь в духовке). До готовности не доводим. Задача — сделать овощи мягкими и пластичными.
На основание обжаренных овощей выложите немного сырной начинки. Сверху выложите по дольке помидора.
Сверните кабачки и баклажаны плотным рулетиком.
Выложите подготовленные рулетики в жаропрочную форму.
Смажьте сметаной и посыпьте оставшимся сыром. Запекайте в духовке при температуре 180 градусов около 15 минут (до мягкости).
Готовые рулетики из кабачков и баклажанов переложите на тарелку и посыпьте свежей зеленью. Подавать можно как в теплом, так и в остывшем виде. Приятного аппетита! Источник
