Складные тортильи с жареным яйцом, ветчиной и овощами

Очень простой и удобный способ быстро приготовить завтрак, легкий ужин или перекус из пшеничных или кукурузных лепешек тортилий с яичницей глазуньей, ветчиной и овощами. Впрочем, начинка может быть любая на ваш вкус.

Для рецепта тортильи вам потребуется:

лепешка тортилья — 1 шт.
яйцо — 1 шт.
ветчина — 1-2 ломтика
помидоры черри — 1 шт.
лук красный — по вкусу
сыр (тертый) — по вкусу
соль — по вкусу
перец черный (молотый) — по вкусу
майонез — по вкусу
масло растительное для жарки.

Рецепт приготовления тортильи:

Подготовить все продукты для начинки. Ветчину нарезать тонкими ломтиками (у меня была готовая нарезка). Помидоры вымыть, обтереть досуха и порезать кружочками. Лук порубить тонкими ломтиками.

Сковороду прогреть, добавить немного растительного масла и выбить яйца. Сразу уменьшить огонь и приготовить яичницу глазунью, чтобы желток остался внутри жидким.

Переложить на рабочую поверхность лепешку и кухонными ножницами/ножом сделать 1 надрез от края тортильяс к центру.

Теперь мысленно разделить лепешку на 4 равных сектора. На первый сектор, расположенный слева от разреза на лепешке, положить жареное яйцо. Посолить и поперчить его.

На второй сектор над яйцом положить 1-2 ломтика ветчины. Для удобства ломтики лучше сложить пополам.

Оставшееся свободное место на лепешке смазать майонезом.

На третий сектор рядом с ветчиной выложить кружочки помидоров черри и тонко нарезанный красный лук.

Последний сектор заполнить измельченным на крупной терке сыром.

Начинам складывать тортилью. Приподнять край сектора с яйцом, сложить его, уложив яйцо на ломтики ветчины.

Сложенный участок лепешки согнуть под углом 45 градусов на горку овощей. Немного придавить руками, чтобы слои плотнее лежали друг на друге.

Остается в последний раз сложить лепешку, подвернув сложенную часть на сектор с сыром.

Всё! Остается только прогреть складную тортилью на сковроде или в ростере, чтобы сыр немного расплавился. Готовую тортилью с начинкой подаем сразу же, пока она горячая. Для удобства каждую из них лучше разрезать пополам, но делать это лучше на своей порционной тарелке, чтобы сохранить вытекающий желток. Приятного аппетита!
