Веганский шоколад из кэроба

Кэроб — это измельченные сушеные плоды рожкового дерева. Часто его используют как замену какао-порошка, потому что они схожи на вкус, только кэроб слаще. Делюсь рецептом шоколада из кэроба.

Описание приготовления:

Ниже я расскажу подробнее, как приготовить веганский шоколад из короба. Вместо сиропа топинамбура можно взять любой другой жидкий подсластитель, либо не добавлять сахар, если хотите горький шоколад. Дополнительно можно добавить орешки или сухофрукты. В составе нет молочных продуктов, он подойдет для аллергиков и постящихся.

Какао-масло — 50 Грамм
Порошок кэроба — 30 Грамм
Сухое кокосовое молоко — 1-2 Ст. ложек
Сироп топинамбура — 15 Миллилитров

Подготовьте все ингредиенты.

Масло-какао порубите на небольшие кусочки, затем растопите на водяной бане.

Добавьте сироп топинамбура, порошок кэроба и сухое кокосовое молоко. Перемешайте.

Перелейте получившуюся массу в силиконовую форму. Уберите в холодильник на пару часов, чтобы шоколад застыл.
