Блины с тыквой

В поиске идеальных блинов я когда-то увидела этот рецепт. Яркие, солнечные блины с тыквой и ароматом корицы, имбиря. Они насколько мне понравились, что до сих пор остаются самым любимым лакомством!

Описание приготовления:

Смотрите мой рецепт, я расскажу вам, как приготовить вкуснейшие блины с тыквой. Жарить их просто удовольствие, тесто идеально сбалансировано, в меру сахара, корицы, имбиря и консистенция отличная, блины не рвутся, хорошо и быстро пекутся на сухой антипригарной сковороде. Переворачиваю я их руками, поддевая вилочкой край. Подавайте теплыми со сгущенкой, сметаной или вареньем. Берите на заметку!

Основной ингредиент:
Овощи / Тыква / Мука / Яйца

Ингредиенты:

Тыква — 400 Грамм (чистый вес)
Корица молотая — 1/2 Чайных ложки
Имбирь молотый — 1/2 Чайных ложки
Сахар — 3 Ст. ложки
Молоко — 250 Миллилитров
Яйцо — 2 Штуки
Соль — 1 Щепотка
Мука — 120 Грамм
Разрыхлитель — 1 Чайная ложка
Растительное масло — 2 Ст. ложки
Вода — 50 Миллилитров (для варки тыквы)

Количество порций: 3-4

Как приготовить «Блины с тыквой»

Подготовьте ингредиенты. Приступим!

Очистите тыкву от кожуры и внутреннего волокнистого края с семенами. Плотную часть взвесьте, для рецепта нужно 400 грамм, порежьте небольшими кусочками. Выложите в кастрюльку или сотейник, добавьте 50 мл. воды и варите 20 минут.

Если вода не выкипела, то сделайте огонь больше и выпарите ее.

Блендером пюрируйте тыкву, чтобы не оставалось комочков.

Влейте холодное молоко, перемешайте, добавьте яйца, соль, сахар. Блендером хорошенько взбейте.

Добавьте муку, корицу, разрыхлитель, имбирь. Соедините все ингредиенты до однородной массы.

Добавьте растительное масло, перемешайте. Тесто для блинов готово.

Разогрейте сковороду, смазывать ее не нужно, наливайте по половнику теста, жарьте минутку.

Переверните и обжарьте полминутки с другой стороны.

Пожарьте блинчики из оставшегося теста. У меня получилось 15 блинов.
