Описание приготовления:
В сезон овощей это блюдо можно готовить с добавлением баклажанов, цветной капусты или брокколи и все варианты получаются очень вкусными. Сметану желательно использовать с высоким процентом жирности, она менее кислая и не расслаивается при термической обработке.

Горячие блюда
Подготовьте все необходимые ингредиенты. Лук, морковь и чеснок почистите, помойте вместе с остальными овощами под проточной водой, обсушите.
Разогрейте в сковороде растительное масло, выложите в него нарезанный лук и морковь, обжарьте минуты 3 до мягкости.
Нарежьте кабачок и помидоры средним кубиком, переложите в сковороду, прикройте крышкой, тушите минут 10. При необходимости подливайте воду.
Когда все овощи станут достаточно мягкими, добавьте в сковороду пропущенный через пресс чеснок, сметану, соль и перец по вкусу. Перемешайте содержимое сковороды, тушите еще минуты 2.
Добавьте рубленую свежую зелень, перемешайте и выключите плиту.
