Описание приготовления:
Помимо печени и картофеля добавим лук, при подаче блюдо посыпаем рубленой зеленью. Румяные кусочки картофеля отлично сочетаются по вкусу с нежной куриной печенью. Картофель — 200 Грамм
Печень куриная — 150 Грамм
Лук — 50 Грамм
Масло растительное — 3 Ст. ложки
Зелень — По вкусу (для подачи)
Соль — По вкусу

Как приготовить «Картошка с печенью жареная»
Подготовьте ингредиенты. Куриную печень лучше использовать охлажденную, не замороженную.
Очистите картофель, вымойте, просушите. Нарежьте картофель небольшими кусочками. Очистите лук и ополосните, нарежьте лук небольшими полукольцами или кубиками.
Печень просушите, после удалите перегородки и жировые участки. Нарежьте печень небольшими кусочками.
Сковороду разогрейте, влейте немного растительного масла, выложите картофель и жарьте его 5-7 минут, помешивая.
Спустя время добавьте в сковороду куриную печень.
Сразу добавьте в сковороду к печени и картофелю лук.
Жарьте печень, картофель и лук на небольшом огне 15 минут, периодически помешивая все ингредиенты лопаткой. В конце приготовления приправьте все солью и перцем по вкусу. При подаче посыпьте блюдо любимой рубленой зеленью.
