Разложите томаты срезом вверх по сушилке. Немного подсолите сверху. Сушите примерно 12 часов при температуре 70 градусов. Во время сушки помидоры можно периодически переворачивать.
Готовые вяленые томаты не должны выделять жидкость при нажатии, но оставаться достаточно мягкими. После этого можно ножницами отрезать плодоножки у помидоров.
В кастрюле вскипятите воду с винным уксусом. Отварите томаты в маринаде 2-3 минуты.
Выложите на бумажные полотенца, промокните, чтобы впиталась вся жидкость.
