Делюсь рецептом вегетарианских сливок на основе аквафабы. Это такая густая жидкость от консервированного нута или фасоли, которая взбивается, как сливки.

Описание приготовления:

Ниже я расскажу подробнее, как приготовить вегетарианские пики. Лучше всего использовать аквафабу от консервированного нута, она имеет наиболее нейтральный вкус и лучше взбивается. Винный камень можно заменить на лимонную кислоту. Для кондитерских изделий такие сливки не очень хорошо подходят, но очень вкусно сочетаются со свежими ягодами, фруктами и блинчиками.

  • Сахарная пудра  — 100 Грамм
