Приготовить пекинскую капусту с мясом очень просто, а вот результат вас непременно порадует. Мясо получается нежное, сочное, буквально тает во рту. Капуста придает пикантность и делает блюдо самодостаточным. Можно подавать как самостоятельно, так и с любым гарниром на выбор, идеально подойдет рис или отварной картофель. Берите рецепт на заметку!

Ингредиенты:
Мясо — 500 Грамм (у меня свинина)
Лук — 1 Штука
Чеснок — 2-3 Зубчиков
Капуста пекинская — 1 Штука (среднего размера)
Растительное масло — 30 Миллилитров
Соль — По вкусу
Специи — По вкусу
Количество порций: 4-6
Как приготовить «Пекинская капуста тушеная с мясом»
Подготовьте все ингредиенты.
В казан или любую посуду с толстым дном налейте масло, наколите его и положите нарезанное кусочками мясо. Мясо можно взять абсолютно любое, у меня сегодня свинина.
Посолите мясо по вкусу и обжарьте на среднем огне до готовнсти. В процессе можно периодически подливать небольшое количество воды, пока мясо не станет мягким, а затем подрумяньте его до легкой румяной корочки.
Затем добавьте нарезанный перьями лук и специи для мяса.
Обжарьте все вместе, пока лук не станет золотистого цвета.
Добавьте пекинскую капусту, нарезанную небольшими кусочками. Посолите, перемешайте и тушите все вместе еще 7-10 минут.
