Предлагаю рецепт новогоднего салата в виде кролика — символа наступающего 2023 года. По вкусу салат напоминает классическую «Мимозу», но готовится без продуктов животного происхождения.
Описание приготовления:
Ниже я расскажу подробнее, как приготовить вегетарианский салат на Новый год в виде Кролика. Вместо веганского сыра можно взять тофу и подсолить чёрной солью для яичного вкуса. По желанию можно добавить слой из мелко нарезанных маринованных огурцов. Салат получается эффектным внешне, сытным и вкусным. Отлично подойдет для праздничного стола!

Картофель — 2 Штуки (отварной)
Морковь — 1 Штука (отварная)
Лук репчатый — 1/2 Штуки
Сыр веганский "Моцарелла" — 70-90 Грамм
Мясо соевое — 50 Грамм
Нори — 1-2 Штук (лист)
Соевый соус — 2 Ст. ложки
Масло растительное — 1-2 Ст. ложек
Соль — По вкусу
Черный молотый перец — По вкусу
Помидор — 15 Грамм
Маслины — 30 Грамм
Майонез постный — 50-70 Грамм

Как приготовить «Вегетарианский салат в виде Кролика на Новый год 2023»
Подготовьте все ингредиенты.
Соевые кусочки замочите в горячей воде и оставьте на 5-10 минут. Затем промойте в холодной воде и тщательно отожмите от лишней жидкости.
Измельчите соевые кусочки в блендере вместе с листом нори, растительным маслом, соевым соусом, солью и чёрным молотым перцем.
Очистите и натрите на тёрке картофель и морковь. Лук нарежьте на мелкие кубики, ошпарьте кипятком и промойте в холодной воде, отожмите и откиньте на сито. Веганский сыр натрите на мелкой терке.
В плоской миске сформируйте из картофеля голову и уши кролика толщиной примерно 5-7 мм. Смажьте постным майонезом и немного подсолите.
Следующий слой выложите из соевого мяса.
Затем слой из репчатого лука. Каждый слой промазывайте майонезом и подсаливайте.
Далее сделайте слой из моркови.
Последний слой выложите из тертого сыра.
Сделайте из маслин глаза и рот кролика, а из кусочка помидора треугольный носик. Накройте салат защитным колпаком и уберите на пару часов в холодильник пропитаться.
