Баклажан — 1 Штука (крупный)
Помидор — 1 Штука
Чеснок — 1-2 Зубчиков
Натуральный йогурт — 2 Ст. ложки (можно взять сметану)
Смажьте каждую полоску маслом и обжарьте с двух сторон на сковороде гриль (можно запечь в духовке). Наша задача не приготовить баклажаны, а сделать их более мягкими и гибкими.
Йогурт соедините с давленным чесноком и зеленью. Помидор нарежьте тонкими дольками.
Каждую полоску баклажана смажьте соусом и посолите. На край выложите 1-2 дольки помидора и сверните закуску в рулет.
Готовые рулетики переложите в жаропрочную форму и запеките в духовке при температуре 180 градусов до готовности баклажанов.
