Готовим аппетитные, сытные и просто очень вкусные баклажаны с адыгейским сыром. Закуска пойдет для праздника и на каждый день, можно подавать с картошечкой либо в самостоятельном виде.
Описание приготовления:
Адыгейский сыр отлично подходит для этого рецепта, он не жирный, имеет приятный сливочный вкус, а в дополнении сметаны, зелени и чеснока выходит и вовсе удивительно. Такой вариант закуски можно отнести к ПП, никаких вредных и жирных составляющих здесь нет. Баклажаны по желанию жарим на гриле без масла либо запекаем, я же покажу вариант на обычной сковороде, с небольшим количеством масла.

Как приготовить «Баклажаны с адыгейским сыром»
Подготовьте все ингредиенты.
Баклажаны сполосните и просушите, после нарежьте тонкими полосками и посыпьте солью. Оставьте баклажаны на некоторые время в стороне — на 10-15 минут. После промойте их и просушите.
Адыгейский сыр натрите на мелкой терке и выложите в миску.
