Вкуснейший вариант всеми любимого борща. Блюдо получается не только сытное и вкусное, но и полезное! Приготовить борщ можно с мясом или на воде, последний вариант идеально подойдет всем, кто придерживается поста. Берите рецепт на заметку!
Через 5 минут отправьте в кастрюлю нарезанный кубиками картофель.
Пока овощи варятся приготовьте зажарку. Разогрейте сковороду с маслом и положите нарезанный кубиками лук и тертую морковь.
Через пару минут добавьте тертую свеклу.
Когда все овощи станут мягкие, добавьте томатную пасту, специи и сахар. Готовьте еще 2-3 минуты, после чего добавьте содержимое сковороды в кастрюлю к остальным ингредиентам.
За 10 минут до готовности добавьте фасоль.
В самом конце добавьте измельченный ножом чеснок и рубленую зелень.
Борщ со стручковой фасолью готов. Дайте ему настояться перед подачей 10-15 минут.
