В жару так приятно побаловать себя домашним щербетом! Насыщенный фруктовый вкус, аромат и приятная консистенция! Делюсь рецептом!

Описание приготовления:

Не забудьте перемешать щербет раза три на стадии замерзания. Так вы получите намного более однородную структуру без крупных кристаллов льда.

Фрукты / Молочные продукты / Молоко

Ингредиенты:

Персик — 1 Штука (спелый)
Апельсин — 1 Штука
Лимонный сок — 1 Чайная ложка
Мед — 1-2 Ст. ложек
Молоко — 250 Миллилитров

Подготовьте ингредиенты.

В блендере смешайте молоко, мед и очищенный от кожицы и косточки персик до однородности.

Не прекращая взбивать, влейте свежий апельсиновый сок. Добавьте лимонного сока.

Перелейте массу в металлическую емкость и уберите в морозилку. Оставьте замораживаться часа на 4. Перемешивайте щербет раз в полчаса, три-четыре раза.

Перед подачей дайте постоять при комнатной температуре минут 10.

При подаче можно украсить щербет ломтиками свежего персика.
