Кабачки в сметане, пошаговый рецепт с фото

ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ

1 кг небольших молодых кабачков
2 зубчика чеснока (10 г)
200 г самой жирной сметаны (от 25%)
топленое масло
соль

ПОШАГОВЫЙ РЕЦЕПТ ПРИГОТОВЛЕНИЯ

Шаг 1

Очистите чеснок и пропустите через пресс прямо в сметану. Чуть-чуть посолите, перемешайте и поставьте в холодильник до подачи.

Шаг 2

Подготовьте толстостенную посудину для подачи (типа глубокой керамической формы для запекания или широкого горшка). Нарежьте кабачки кружочками толщиной 1 см.

Поставьте на сильный огонь 2, а то и 3 сковородки (на одной вы будете до завтра жарить). На каждую выложите немного масла. Как только оно нагреется, кладите кабачки – не перегружайте, кружочки должны лежать строго в один слой.

Шаг 4

Обжаривайте только до румяной корочки с каждой стороны – это быстро, буквально по 40 сек. с каждой стороны. Выкладывайте обжаренные кабачки в подготовленную посуду для подачи, сразу присаливайте и закрывайте крышкой – так кабачки станут мягче и останутся горячими.

Шаг 5

Когда все кабачки будут готовы, выложите сверху сметану и оставьте под крышкой еще на пару минут – сметана нагреется и пропитает слои кабачков. Теперь подавайте.
