ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ

  • 1 стакан гречневой крупы
  • 500 г куриных сердечек
  • 1 большая луковица
  • маленький пучок укропа
  • 100 г сливочного масла
  • растительное масло
  • соль, свежемолотый черный перец

ПОШАГОВЫЙ РЕЦЕПТ ПРИГОТОВЛЕНИЯ

Шаг 1

Подготовленную крупу положите в кастрюлю, залейте 2 стаканами воды, добавьте 1 ч. л. соли и поставьте на средний огонь. Доведите до кипения, убавьте огонь до слабого, накройте крышкой и варите 30 мин., до готовности.

Переложите сердечки с луком в кастрюлю с гречкой и перемешайте. Добавьте укроп и сливочное масло и снова перемешайте. Оставьте под крышкой на 10 мин.
