Свекольник на кефире всегда получается не только очень вкусным, но еще довольно полезным и сытным. Его рекомендуют есть тем людям, которые соблюдают диету, так как он низкокалорийный.

Описание приготовления:

Чтобы сократить время приготовления свекольника, стоит заранее отварить свеклу. Ее можно запечь в духовке, если такой вариант более приемлем. При выборе кефира подойдет кисломолочный продукт с любым процентом жирности.
