Аппетитная закуска или салат, который оценят любители ярких вкусовых ощущений — хрустящие баклажаны с помидорами и кинзой. Кинза задает особый вкус, пикантный, интересный. Обязательно попробуйте!

Описание приготовления:

Баклажаны предварительно посолим, чтобы они отдали лишнюю влагу, после запанируем в муке и поджарим на гриле. Помидоры выбирайте вкусные, кисло-сладкие. Для заправки используем масло.

Баклажаны — 150 Грамм
Помидоры — 150 Грамм
Кинза — 15 Грамм
Масло растительное — 50 Миллилитров
Мука пшеничная — 2 Стакана
Соль — По вкусу
Перец — По вкусу

Как приготовить «Хрустящие баклажаны с помидорами и кинзой»

Подготовьте ингредиенты.

Баклажан сполосните и просушите, нарежьте тонкими пластинами. Посыпьте баклажаны солью, оставьте на 5 минут, после промойте и просушите.

Переложите баклажаны в чистый пакет, всыпьте немного муки и хорошо перемешайте, чтобы каждый кусочек баклажана был покрыт мукой.

Помидоры сполосните и просушите, нарежьте небольшими кубиками.

Кинзу сполосните и просушите, нарежьте мелко.

Сковороду прогрейте и смажьте маслом, выложите баклажаны и поджарьте их несколько минут с каждой стороны, до румяности.

Сложите все ингредиенты в салатник, добавьте соль, перец, масло.

Перемешайте. Хрустящие баклажаны с помидорами и кинзой готовы.
