  2. Сахар 50 г.
  3. Йогурт жидкий 70 г. (питьевой)
  4. Масло сливочное (размягченное) 80 г
  5. Мука 100 г.
  6. Разрыхлитель 3 г.

Для крема:

  1. Сметана 100 г. (или греческий йогурт)
  2. Яйцо 1 шт.
  3. Сахар 50 г.
  4. Мука 20 г.
  5. Яблоко 1–1.5 шт.

1.     Взбить яйцо с сахаром, добавить масло. Следующим добавляем йогурт

(если нет под рукой, я иногда смешиваю сметану с водой до консис.йогурта). Всыпаем муку и разрыхлитель. Должно получится густое тесто

2.     Форму для запекания (у меня 18 см) застелить пергаментом и смазать любым маслом. Выложить тесто и распределить

3.     Яблоки разрезать на небольшие дольки, сложить поверх теста

4.     Для крема: Разделить белок и желток. Отдельно взбить белок и 45 гр сахара до устойчивых пиков. Взбить желток с 45 гр сахара, добавить сметану и муку. Далее аккуратно вмешиваем белково-сахарную смесь. Залить крем поверх яблок. Запекать 40 мин при 180*С.

 Форма у меня — 18 см
