Описание приготовления:
Маринованные яблоки хранить нужно в холодном помещении, можно в холодильнике. Для рецепта обязательно выбираем яблоки твердых сортов. Берите рецепт на заметку, вкусные яблоки зимой сделают ваши блюда ароматными и оригинальными!
Банку для заготовки тщательно вымойте с пищевой содой, после ополосните хорошо под теплой проточной водой. Стерилизуйте банку удобным способом – над паром, в духовке или микроволновке. Крышку опустите в воду и проварите 10 минут. Переложите в банку чеснок и специи.
Яблоки вымойте и просушите, удалите серединку. Нарежьте яблоки дольками.
Наполните банку яблоками. Приготовьте маринад из воды, соли, сахара и уксуса.
Залейте маринад в яблоки и пастеризуйте заготовку 7 минут.
После банку герметично закатайте стерильной крышкой, поставьте дном вверх. Укройте заготовку теплым пледом или одеялом, оставьте на 24 часа в покое. Спустя указанное время перенесите заготовку в кладовку.
