Тушеное мясо буквально тает во рту, пропитанное множеством ароматов и вкусов специй, пряностей. Особенную нотку вносят грецкие орехи, с ними вкус блюда получается более бархатистым. Подавайте яхни только в горячем виде.

Как приготовить «Яхни»

Яхни

Подготовьте указанные ингредиенты. Лук и чеснок очистите от кожуры, промойте. Мясо промойте, очистите от жил и пленок.

Нарежьте половину репчатого лука полукольцами и добавьте в емкость, когда мясо подрумянится со всех сторон. Обжарьте примерно 2-3 минуты.
