Кабачки с карри в духовке

Предлагаю вам попробовать кабачки с карри, которые можно запечь в духовке. Рецепт очень простой, но получается очень вкусно! Пряный карри хорошо сочетается с нейтральным вкусом кабачков.

Описание приготовления:

Ниже я расскажу подробнее, как приготовить кабачки с карри в духовке. Вместо растительного масла можно также запечь кабачки в сметане. Подавать кабачки с карри можно и как самостоятельное блюдо, и в качестве овощного гарнира.

Ингредиенты:

Кабачок — 250 Грамм
Масло растительное — 1 Ст. ложка
Соль — По вкусу
Черный молотый перец — По вкусу
Порошок карри — 1/3 Чайных ложки
Лимонный сок — 1 Чайная ложка

Подготовьте все ингредиенты.

Нарежьте кабачки на кружочки толщиной примерно 1 см.

Добавьте растительное масло, все специи и соль. Аккуратно перемешайте.

Выложите кабачки в один слой на противень. Запекайте в разогретой до 200 градусов духовке 15 минут.

Затем переверните ломтики и готовьте еще 10 минут.

Перед подачей сбрызните лимонным соком. Приятного вам аппетита!
