Как приготовить «Картошка тушёная со свининой и фасолью»
Подготовьте все ингредиенты. Мясо промойте, обсушите и нарежьте средними кусочками.
В казане или любой посуде с толстым дном разогрейте масло, выложите мясо и на сильном огне обжарьте до лёгкой румяной корочки.
Добавьте нарезанные кубиками лук и морковь, соль и специи по вкусу. Перемешайте и обжарьте мясо с овощами в течение 5 минут.
