Каша на завтрак

Приготовить вкусную кашу на завтрак совсем несложно и времени на это уйдет также немного. Предлагаю рецепт питательной и вкусной овсянки к завтраку.

Описание приготовления:

Для рецепта используйте не сильно мелкие овсяные хлопья и чтобы они не были мгновенного приготовления. Для вкуса добавьте в кашу изюм и мед, будет полезно и вкусно!

На завтрак / На ужин
Основной ингредиент:
Крупы / Овсянка
Блюдо:
Горячие блюда / Каши

Ингредиенты:

Овсяные хлопья — 150 Грамм
Молоко — 250-300 Грамм
Мед — 1 Чайная ложка
Изюм — 20 Грамм
Сливочное масло — 1 Чайная ложка

Количество порций: 1-2

Как приготовить «Каша на завтрак»

Подготовьте ингредиенты.

Вскипятите молоко в кастрюле.

Всыпьте хлопья овсянки.

Варите кашу 5-7 минут, помешивая на медленном огне.

Выключите огонь, добавьте в кашу промытый и высушенный изюм.

Добавьте немного меда для сладости.

Добавьте маленький кусочек сливочного масла и перемешайте кашу. Прикройте кастрюлю крышкой и дайте настояться 10 минут. После чего подавайте к столу.

Каша готова!
