Готовится китайский томатный суп буквально в считанные минуты. Он понравится всем любителям помидоров, которые для этого блюда должны быть сладких сортов. В крайнем случае добавьте в суп немного сахара. Соль в этом супе не предусмотрена ввиду наличия соевого соуса, но если вам потребуется, то можно посолить по вкусу. Готовится суп в воке или в кастрюле с толстым дном. Но подойдет и глубокая сковорода.

Помидоры в собственном соку — 150 Грамм (измельченные)
Корень имбиря — 10 Грамм

Перец черный молотый — По вкусу
Растительное масло — 30 Миллилитров
Лук зеленый — 5 Грамм

Как приготовить «Китайский томатный суп»
Возьмите ингредиенты для приготовления китайского томатного супа.
Два крупных или три средних яйца разбейте в мисочку.
Поперчите яйца с соевым соусом по вкусу и взбейте, как на омлет.
В горячую сковороду налейте растительное масло и вылейте яичную смесь. Дайте омлету немного "схватиться".
3-4 сантиметра корня имбиря очистите чайной ложкой и мелко нарежьте. Добавьте в сковороду с яйцами.
На помидорах сделайте надрезы крест на крест. Залейте кипятком на две-три минуты. После снимите шкурку и мелко нарежьте помидоры. Добавьте в сковороду.
Влейте 2 столовые ложки соевого соуса.
Добавьте измельченные помидоры в собственном соку или домашний томатный морс.
Хорошо перемешайте все ингредиенты и проварите 5-6 минут. Густоту супа регулируйте любым бульоном или водой.
