Лагман — блюдо народов Центральной Азии, достаточно популярное, очень сытное и вкусное. Лагман — это мясо, как правило баранина или говядина и много овощей. Но сегодня приготовим это блюдо с курицей.
Описание приготовления:
Несмотря на большое количество ингредиентов, готовится лагман очень просто. В классическом варианте для его приготовления используется особая лапша. В домашних условиях приготовить её не просто, особенно, проживающим в Европе. И если вы не смогли её купить в магазине, то вполне можно заменить обычной лапшой хорошего качества.

Куриное филе — 400 Грамм
Лук репчатый — 1 Штука
Морковь — 1 Штука
Баклажан — 1 Штука
Фасоль зеленая — 100 Грамм
Перец болгарский — 1/2 Штуки
Помидор — 1-2 Штук
Редиска — 100 Грамм (или редька)
Капуста белокочанная — 150 Грамм
Картофель — 2 Штуки
Лапша — 300 Грамм
Подсолнечное масло — 30 Миллилитров
Соль — По вкусу
Перец черный молотый — По вкусу
Кориандр молотый — 1/2 Чайных ложки
Паприка молотая — 1 Чайная ложка
Чеснок — 2 Зубчика
Количество порций: 4-5
Как приготовить «Классический лагман с курицей»
Подготовьте все ингредиенты для приготовления лагмана.
Лук и морковь очистите, помойте и нарежьте. Выложите в казан или в кастрюлю с толстым дном. Налейте подсолнечное масло и тушите овощи 5-6 минут.
Болгарский перец очистите от семян, помойте и нарежьте. Добавьте в кастрюлю с луком и морковью.
Картофель очистите, помойте и нарежьте. Добавьте в кастрюлю.
Добавьте зеленую фасоль. А также нарезанный баклажан. Я его очистила, но можно этого не делать.
Выложите в кастрюлю нарезанную редиску или редьку.
Налейте в кастрюлю 300-350 мл. воды. Накройте кастрюлю крышкой и готовьте овощи 20 минут. Затем добавьте нарезанную капусту и помидоры, измельченные любым способом. Можно взять томатный морс или томатную пасту. Посолите овощи, добавьте специи. Готовьте овощи еще 10 минут и выключайте плиту.
Пока овощи тушатся, обжарьте нарезанное куриное филе.
Выложите курицу в кастрюлю с овощами.
Перемешайте куриное филе с овощами и прогрейте на плите еще 5 минут. В конце приготовления добавьте измельченный чеснок.
Лапшу отварите согласно инструкции на упаковке.
При подаче в каждую тарелку выложите лапшу и овощи с курицей. Посыпьте нарезанной зеленью. Источник
