По желанию можете использовать различные приправы и пряности по своему вкусу. Помните о том, что розовые креветки продаются уже варено-морожеными, поэтому готовить их нужно не более 3-5 минут. Иначе морепродукты получатся жесткими на вкус.

Креветки — 400 Грамм
Чеснок — 2-3 Зубчиков
Соус соевый — 70 Миллилитров
Соль — 1 Щепотка
Перец черный молотый — 1 Щепотка
Масло растительное — 2 Ст. ложки
Сок лимонный — 1/2 Чайных ложки
Количество порций: 1-2
Как приготовить «Креветки жареные с чесноком и соевым соусом на сковороде»
Подготовьте указанные ингредиенты. Креветки можно использовать как мелкого калибра, так и крупного. К примеру — тигровые креветки или лангустины.
Прогрейте растительное масло в сковороде и выложите в него креветки.
Всыпьте щепотку соли. Несмотря на добавление соевого соуса, соль тоже не забудьте!
Очистите зубчики чеснока от кожуры и промойте в воде. Мелко нарежьте или пропустите через специальный пресс прямо в сковороду. Обжарьте все в течение 3-5 минут. Не забывайте помешивать.
Влейте соевый соус и потушите креветки еще 1-2 минуты, если они мелкие, и 3-5 минут, если они крупные. Морепродукты приобретут яркий аромат и подрумянятся.
Выложите обжаренные креветки на тарелку, полейте лимонным соком и подайте к столу. Источник
