Ароматной и пикантной получается куриная печень с грецкими орехами. Подавайте ее с любым гарниром или овощами на обед или ужин. Берите на заметку рецепт!

Печень куриная — 250-300 Грамм
Лук репчатый — 50 Грамм
Растительное масло — 40 Грамм
Специи — По вкусу

Куриную печень промойте, удалите прожилки и нарежьте средними кусочками.

Лук почистите и нарежьте полукольцами.

Грецкие орешки нарежьте ножом на небольшие кусочки.

На растительном масле обжарьте лук до золотистого цвета.

Выложите печень, орешки и обжаривайте все вместе еще 5-7 минут, помешивая. Посолите и поперчите по вкусу.
