  • душистый перец горошком 6 шт.
  • гвоздика 1 шт.
  • уксусная эссенция 70% 1,5 ч. л.

ПОШАГОВЫЙ РЕЦЕПТ ПРИГОТОВЛЕНИЯ

Шаг 1

Хрена возьмем кусочек 2 см и нарежем на кусочки.
Укропа возьмем 1 зонтик, чеснока — 4 зубчика. Арбуз нарезать на сегменты (или как нравится) и сложить в банку пересыпая нарезанным чесноком, хреном и листьями смородины.

Шаг 2

Вскипятить воду, добавить соль и сахар, лавровый лист, душистый перец и гвоздику. Залить кусочки арбуза и оставить на 10-15 мин.

Шаг 3

Слить заливку из банки и снова довести до кипения. В конце добавить уксус и кипящим залить банку с кусочками арбуза. Закрыть крышками, укутать до полного остывания.
