Заготовить маринованный чеснок на зиму можно и без стерилизации, законсервировав его в банки. Используйте небольшие емкости, чтобы после открытия продукт не испортился, если вы весь не съедите.
Описание приготовления:
Маринованный чеснок будет актуален при подаче к горячему борщу, ароматному супу "Харчо", рыбным блюдам или блюдам из мяса. Его можно добавлять при приготовлении паштетов, дипов, при варке холодца и т.д. Особенно любят такую заготовку мужчины под рюмочку беленькой!

Чеснок — 7-8 Штук (на емкость объемом 0,5 литра)
Вода горячая — 1 Стаканов
Соль — 1 Ст. ложка
Уксус 9% — 1 Ст. ложка
Перец черный горошек — 10 Штук
Количество порций: 3-4
Как приготовить «Маринованный чеснок зубчиками без стерилизации»
Очистите чеснок от шелухи, выложите зубчики в глубокую емкость и промойте их в воде.
Выложите зубчики в чистую банку. В отдельной емкости вскипятите воду и залейте ее в банку. Накройте жестяной крышкой и оставьте на 10 минут для пропаривания.
В казан всыпьте соль, горошины черного перца.
Замените жестяную крышку на сливную и слейте горячую воду из банки в казан или ковш. Доведите содержимое казана до кипения, выключите нагрев и влейте уксус.
Залейте кипящим маринадом пропаренный чеснок в банке.
Закатайте с помощью ключа для консервации и дайте остыть, а затем перенесите на хранение. Источник
