Описание приготовления:
Приготовить пасту "Сицилиана" несложно, а результат вас приятно порадует. Блюдо выручит когда нет времени долго стоять у плиты, а накормить семью нужно вкусно и сытно. Количество овощей можете смело варьировать по своему вкусу. Макароны подойдут любые, у меня спагетти. Берите рецепт на заметку!

Ингредиенты:
Паста — 250 Грамм (у меня спагетти)
Баклажан — 400 Грамм
Кабачок — 300 Грамм
Болгарский перец — 1 Штука
Лук — 1 Штука
Морковь — 1 Штука
Помидоры — 3-4 Штук
Чеснок — 4 Зубчика
Масло оливковое — 50 Миллилитров
Орегано — 1 Чайная ложка
Соль — По вкусу
Перец черный молотый — По вкусу
Количество порций: 6-8
Как приготовить «Паста "Сицилиана"»
Подготовьте все ингредиенты.
Поставьте кастрюлю с водой для приготовления пасты на огонь, а тем временем займемся овощами. Нарезка овощей может быть любая, мне нравится покрупнее. Нарежьте лук и морковь.
Добавьте нарезанные баклажаны, я нарезала соломкой.
Готовьте периодически помешивая 4-5 минут.
Затем добавьте нарезанный кабачок, если кабачок молодой, то шкурку не снимаем.
Продолжайте готовить еще 2-3 минуты.
У помидоров сделайте с двух сторон крестообразные надрезы, обдайте кипятком и снимите шкурку. Мякоть нарежьте ножом. Добавьте помидоры к остальным ингредиентам, в этот же момент добавьте измельченный чеснок, нарезанный небольшой соломкой болгарский перец, соль и специи по вкусу. Можно добавить примерно 1-2 ч.л. сахара.
Продолжайте тушить все вместе, периодически помешивая, еще около 2-3 минут.
К этому времени у вас должны быть уже сварены макароны. Переложите их в сковороду к овощам, влейте 0,5 стакана отвара от пасты и все перемешайте. Отрегулируйте на соль и прогрейте пару минут. Паста "Сицилиана" готова.
Разложите блюдо по тарелкам и подавайте с тертым сыром или зеленью. Приятного аппетита! Источник
