Куриные наггетсы — это кусочки куриного в филе в панировке. Эта закуска относится в блюдам быстрого питания. Но покупные наггетсы не всегда внушают доверие. Поэтому делюсь рецептом домашнего варианта!

Описание приготовления:

Для приготовления маринада, вы можете взять любые специи, но учитывайте, что соевый соус соленый. Поэтому выбирайте специи без содержания соли.

Подготовьте необходимые ингредиенты.

Куриное филе промойте, обсушите бумажным полотенцем. Нарежьте на прямоугольные кусочки среднего размера.

Кусочки филе переложите в чашу и залейте соевым соусом. Перемешайте и уберите в холодильник на 1-2 часа.

По истечении времени достаньте куриное филе из холодильника. В отдельной чашке взбейте вилкой яйцо. Добавьте его в чашу с филе. Перемешайте. Отставьте в сторону.
