Попробуйте приготовить ближневосточный плов с курицей и помидорами по этому рецепту, уверенна, вам непременно понравится! Обязательно используйте специи, аромат потрясающий! А из-за того, что курица не готовится с овощами (вынимается пораньше), она получается нежной и сочной. Овощи добавляют вкус, а рис остаётся рассыпчатым. Получается очень вкусно! Можно использовать любые части курицы. С грудкой не советую делать, на мой взгляд такой плов получится немного суховатым, у меня окорочка. Берите рецепт на заметку!

Корица — 1/3 Чайных ложки

Чеснок сушёный — 1 Чайная ложка
Паприка — 1 Чайная ложка
Орегано — 1 Чайная ложка
Перец острый — 1/2 Чайных ложки
Растительное масло — 50 Миллилитров
Соль — По вкусу

Как приготовить «Ближневосточный плов с курицей и помидорами»
Подготовьте все ингредиенты.
Куриное филе отделите от костей, нарежьте порционными кусочками, натрите солью и специями.
В казане разогрейте масло, выложите кусочки мяса и обжарьте периодически помешивая на максимальном огне до полуготовности. Затем выложите пока на отдельную тарелку.
В этом же масле обжарьте до мягкости нарезанный перьями или четверть кольцами лук.
Добавьте нарезанный небольшой соломкой болгарский перец и измельчённый ножом чеснок. Жарьте помешивая пару минут.
Добавьте нарезанные небольшими дольками помидоры и жарьте всё вместе ещё буквально 1-2 минуты.
После того как обжарили овощи, верните мясо и добавьте сюда же нарезанную зелень петрушки.
Перемешайте.
Добавьте промытый рис, соль по вкусу и перемешайте всё вместе, аккуратно, ещё раз.
Налейте кипяток, на 1 см. выше риса, накройте крышкой и после закипания на минимальном огне варите до готовности риса (ориентируйтесь на свой сорт риса).
