Делюсь рецептом маринованных огурцов с помидорами и базиликом. Если вы любите свежие овощные салаты с таким сочетанием, то рекомендую попробовать такую заготовку.
Описание приготовления:
Ниже я расскажу подробнее, как приготовить огурцы и помидоры с базиликом на зиму. Огурцы выбирайте засолочных сортов, помидоры плотные, с толстой кожицей, небольшого размера. Хорошо подойдёт сорт сливка или черри. Базилик лучше использовать зелёный. Закатка получается ароматной, душистой и очень вкусной! Получается отличная закуска, которая разнообразит повседневное меню.
Затем нарежьте на крупные ломтики толщиной около 3-4 см.
Помидоры помойте, слегка обсушите.
На дно чистой стерилизованной банки выложите петрушку, лист базилика и очищенный зубчик чеснока.
Заполните банку помидорами и огурцами. Между слоями добавляйте листья базилика.
Для маринада вскипятите воду. Добавьте соль, сахар и перец горошком, проварите 1 минуту. В конце влейте уксус.
Влейте горячий маринад в банку. Прикройте крышкой, затем стерилизуйте в кипящей воде 10 минут. После закрутите крышку, банку переверните вверх дном и укутайте в тепло. Оставьте так до полного остывания.
После заготовку можно убрать в тёмное прохладное место на хранение. Огурцы и помидоры с базиликом на зиму готовы. Источник
