Сезон консервирования продолжается, и сегодня я хочу предложить вам простой способ приготовления огурцов на зиму. Стерилизация не требуется. Достаточно только трижды залить в банку с огурцами кипяток.
Описание приготовления:
Хрустящие маринованные огурчики, кроме того, что сами по себе являются отличной закуской, имеют массу применений в кулинарии. Множество салатов, винегретов, рассольников, солянок невозможно приготовить без соленых или маринованных огурцов. Методом трехкратной заливки я пользуюсь очень много лет и никогда он меня не подводил. Из указанных ингредиентов получается одна литровая банка огурцов.

Огурцы — 500 Грамм
Укроп — 15 Грамм
Лист вишни — 15 Грамм
Чеснок — 2 Зубчика
Соль — 1 Ст. ложка
Сахар — 1 Ст. ложка
Уксус 9% — 1 Ст. ложка

Как приготовить «Огурцы трехкратной заливки»
Подготовьте ингредиенты для приготовления консервированных огурцов.
В стерилизованную банку выложите помытый укроп и листья вишни.
Добавьте очищенный и вымытый чеснок.
Огурцы предварительно помойте и подержите несколько часов в холодной воде. Благодаря этой процедуре, они будут хрустящими. Обрежьте кончики у огурцов, в которых накапливаются нитраты, и выложите огурцы в банку.
Воду вскипятите и в банку с огурцами и специями залейте кипяток первый раз. Накройте банку стерилизованной крышкой и дайте постоять 20 минут.
После воду слейте в кастрюлю и опять доведите до кипения. Во второй раз залейте кипяток в банку и снова дайте постоять 20 минут. Затем воду слейте в кастрюлю. А в банку добавьте столовую ложку крупной соли, столовую ложку сахара и столовую ложку 9% уксуса. Вскипятите воду и в третий раз залейте в банку.
Закатайте банку крышкой, переверните верх дном и накройте одеялом. Оставляйте так до полного остывания банки. Храните огурцы в прохладном помещении. Источник
