Описание приготовления:

Оладьи на айране можно быстро пожарить к завтраку или обеду. Добавьте немного соды и оладьи получатся очень пышными. Сладость придает сахар, но дополнительно подавать их можно с вареньем или сметаной.

Ингредиенты:

Мука пшеничная — 200 Грамм
Айран — 150 Грамм
Яйца куриные — 1 Штука
Сода — 0,5 Чайных ложки
Сахар — 1 Ст. ложка
Масло растительное — 1-2 Ст. ложек (для жарки)

Количество порций: 3-4

Как приготовить «Оладьи на айране»

Подготовьте ингредиенты.

Смешайте айран с содой, затем вбейте яйцо.

Взболтайте массу венчиком.

Всыпьте сахар и размешайте.

Всыпьте просеянную муку.

Размешайте тесто венчиком, чтобы не было комочков.

Налейте в сковороду масло, разогрейте на среднем огне, затем чуть убавьте мощность, и выкладывайте оладьи ложкой. Начните жарить.

Через пару минут переверните оладьи и обжарьте с обратной стороны до румяной корочки.
