Уксус 6% — 120 Миллилитров
Соль — 60 Грамм
Семена кориандра — 1/2 Чайных ложки
Перец горошком — 1/2 Чайных ложки
Лавровый лист — 1-2 Штук

Как приготовить «Овощи на зиму»
Подготовьте все ингредиенты.
Редис и морковь нарежьте кружочками, лук крупными ломтиками, чеснок очистите от шелухи. Болгарский перец очистите от семян, цветную капусту разберите на соцветия. Нарежьте овощи крупными ломтиками.
На дно заранее стерилизованной банки выложите лук, морковь, цветную капусту, болгарский перец, редис и чеснок слоями.
Для маринада добавьте в воду соль, сахар, перец горошком и семена кориандра. После закипания добавьте уксус и снимите с плиты.
Залейте маринадом овощи. Закройте крышкой, переверните банку верх дном и оставьте до полного остывания.
