Баклажан — 1 Штука
Помидор — 2 Штуки
Лук репчатый — 1 Штука
Чеснок — 2 Зубчика
Подсолнечное масло — 30 Миллилитров
Сыр — 70 Грамм (твердый)
Соль — По вкусу

Как приготовить «Овощные пирамидки в духовке»
Подготовьте ингредиенты для приготовления овощных пирамидок.
Кабачок и баклажан помойте и нарежьте кружками толщиной 1 сантиметр.
Репчатый лук очистите. Помойте лук и помидоры. Нарежьте как баклажан и кабачок.
Чеснок очистите и мелко порубите.
Соберите пирамидку в такой последовательности: кабачок, соль, несколько колец репчатого лука, баклажан, соль, немного чеснока, помидор и опять кабачок.
В форму налейте подсолнечное масло и выложите пирамидки.
Запекайте пирамидки в духовке, разогретой до 180 градусов 25-30 минут. После посыпьте тертым сыром.
Верните в духовку еще на несколько минут, чтобы сыр расплавился.
