Делюсь рецептом паштета из печеного болгарского перца. Он получается очень вкусным и сытным. Можно мазать его на хлеб или подавать в качестве соуса-дипа к картофелю фри или кукурузным чипсам.

Ниже я расскажу подробнее, как приготовить паштет из болгарского перца. Консистенцию паштета вы можете регулировать на свой вкус, можно сделать его гуще, если добавить больше орехов или более легким, если добавить больше овощей. Если у вас недостаточно мощный блендер, миндаль можно предварительно замочить в воде или взять орехи кешью. Количество чеснока и острого перца лучше подберите на свой вкус.
Болгарский перец отправьте в духовку на 30-45 минут при температуре 220 градусов. Во время запекания периодически переворачивайте, чтобы он равномерно пропекся.
Переложите горячий перец в пакет или миску, накройте и оставьте на 15 минут.
Затем очистите перец от кожицы, хвостика и зерен. Помидор нарежьте кубиками и удалите семена. Чеснок очистите от шелухи, острый перец нарежьте кружочками.
Измельчите все ингредиенты до однородной консистенции блендером.
