Очень вкусное и сытное блюдо для всей семьи. Идеально подойдет для приготовления говядина или баранина, но можно приготовить пастынер с тыквой и с любым другим мясом по желанию.
Описание приготовления:
Пастынер — блюдо армянской кухни. Очень вкусное, безумно ароматное и аппетитное. Все ингредиенты идеально дополняют друг друга, можно смело подать пастынер даже к праздничному столу. Можно самостоятельно, а можно с дополнением гарнира. Готовится всё достаточно просто. Сначала все ингредиенты обжариваются по отдельности, а затем выкладываются слоями и тушатся в сметане и собственном соку с добавлением ароматной зелени и чеснока. Устоять очень сложно! Ингредиенты:
Мясо — 400 Грамм (говядина или баранина)
Тыква — 350 Грамм
Помидоры — 150 Грамм
Лук — 1 Штука
Растительное масло — 30 Миллилитров
Масло сливочное — 20 Грамм
Чеснок — 2 Зубчика
Сахар — 1/2 Чайных ложки
Специи — По вкусу (кориандр, зира, перец)
Соль — По вкусу
Зелень — По вкусу (петрушка или кинза)
Сметана — 100 Грамм
Количество порций: 4-6
Как приготовить «Пастынер с тыквой»
Подготовьте все ингредиенты.
Мясо нарежьте небольшими кусочками.
Обжарьте мясо с добавлением соли на сильном огне до появления румяной корочки.
Отдельно обжарьте нарезанную кубиками тыкву на смеси растительного и сливочного масла, добавьте соль по вкусу.
Так же отдельно обжарьте нарезанный произвольно лук, посолите по вкусу.
Все ингредиенты выкладываем слоями в любую посуду с толстым дном, у меня казан. Первым слоем идет мясо, сверху мясо поливаем сметаной и посыпаем специями.
Затем выложите обжаренную тыкву.
Сверху распределите весь лук.
Далее выложите нарезанные дольками помидоры (шкурку предварительно лучше снять), посолите, поперчите, посыпьте сахаром и измельченным чесноком.
Посыпьте всё рубленой зеленью, накройте крышкой и тушите на небольшом огне 30-40 минут.
