Ниже я расскажу подробнее, как приготовить песочный пирог с грибами и картофелем. Количество ингредиентов рассчитано на форму диаметром 21 см. Вместо шампиньонов можно взять вешенки или лисички.

Ингредиенты:
Шампиньоны — 200 Грамм
Лук репчатый — 1/2 Штуки
Сыр — 80 Грамм
Картофель — 1-2 Штук
Соль — По вкусу
Мука — 125 Грамм
Масло сливочное — 60 Грамм
Сметана — 1,5-2 Ст. ложки
Разрыхлитель — 1/2 Чайных ложки

Как приготовить «Песочный пирог с грибами и картофелем»
Подготовьте все ингредиенты.
Смешайте муку, щепотку соли и разрыхлитель. Сливочное масло нарежьте кубиками. Руками разотрите масло с мукой в крошку.
Добавьте сметану, перемешайте до однородной консистенции.
Скатайте тесто в шар, заверните в пленку и уберите в холодильник на 30-40 минут.
Лук нарежьте на мелкие кубики и обжарьте в сковороде до мягкости. Шампиньоны помойте, нарежьте пластинами и жарьте до испарения лишней жидкости.
Картошку очистите от кожуры, нарежьте на мелкие кубики. Отварите в кипящей подсоленной воде 5-6 минут. Затем слейте воду.
Раскатайте тесто по размеру формы, сформируйте бортики, наколите вилкой дно.
Для начинки соедините картошку, жареные грибы и нарезанный кубиками сыр. Посолите по вкусу. Выложите начинку в форму для запекания. Выпекайте пирог 30 минут при температуре 200 градусов.
