Приготовление пиццы не всегда процесс долгий и хлопотный. Я нашла простой, доступный, и самое главное, вкусный рецепт этой выпечки. Основа пиццы готовится из цельнозерновой муки без дрожжей. Делюсь!
Описание приготовления:
Чтобы пицца порадовала своим вкусом, тесто обязательно нужно раскатать до толщины 3 мм. и не больше. Если толщина основы будет больше, она плохо пропечется, будет тугой и невкусной. Также замечу, что начинку, вы можете сделать на свой вкус. Но наличие бекона и ветчины делает пиццу сочной и подчеркивает ее вкус. Берите рецепт на заметку!

Ингредиенты:
Мука цельнозерновая — 240-260 Грамм
Кефир — 180 Миллилитров
Яйцо — 1 Штука
Соль — 1 Щепотка
Разрыхлитель для теста — 1/2 Чайных ложки
Масло растительное — 1 Ст. ложка
Ветчина — 80-100 Грамм (для начинки)
Бекон сырокопченный — 70 Грамм (для начинки)
Помидоры черри — 5-7 Штук (для начинки)
Перец болгарский — 1 Штука (среднего размера)
Сыр — 100-120 Грамм (твердых сортов)
Соус томатный — 6-8 Ст. ложек (с пряным травами)
Лук репчатый — 1/2 Штуки (для начинки)
Количество порций: 3-4
Как приготовить «Пицца из цельнозерновой муки без дрожжей»
Подготовьте необходимые ингредиенты.
Сделайте тесто. В чаше смешайте кефир, яйцо, щепотку соли.
Всыпьте муку, разрыхлитель для теста. Начните замес вилкой, как только тесто соберется в комочки, влейте столовую ложку масла и месите руками. Тесто при замесе будет липнуть к рукам, но постепенно соберется в комок.
Полученное тесто заверните в пакет и уберите в холодильник на 30 минут.
По истечении времени тесто достаньте из холодильника. Раскатайте в пласт толщиной 3 мм., выложите на пекарскую бумагу, потом на противень. Пласт по всей площади проколите вилкой. Поставьте противень с основой в разогретую до 230 градусов духовку на 3-4 минуты. Корж должен схватиться.
Через указанное время достаньте противень с пластом из духовки. Духовку не выключайте. Основу смажьте томатным соусом. Сверху натрите 80 грамм сыра.
На сыр выложите ветчину, бекон, По желанию посыпьте пряными травами.
Разложите помидоры, перец. Сверху натрите остаток сыра. Поставьте в разогретую до 230 градусов духовку на 15 минут. Учитывайте особенности своей духовки.
