Сочное и вкусное блюдо, которое можно подать на стол в будни и на праздничный стол, как в горячем, так и в холодном виде — помидоры фаршированные куриной печенью. Добавляйте в начинку грибы с луком.
Описание приготовления:
Красочную закуску из помидоров можно приготовить в сезон их созревания. Для блюда годятся небольшие плоды, которые можно подать порционно. По желанию после фаршировки помидоры можно присыпать тертым сыром и запечь 1-2 минуты в микроволновой печи, подавая блюдо к столу горячим.

Ингредиенты:
Помидоры — 6-8 Штук (сорт "Сливка", мелкие)
Печень куриная — 200 Грамм
Шампиньоны — 150 Грамм
Лук репчатый — 0,5 Штуки
Зеленый лук — 2-3 Штук (стебля)
Масло растительное — 1 Ст. ложка
Соль — 3 Щепотки
Перец черный молотый — 2 Щепотки
Количество порций: 3-4
Как приготовить «Помидоры фаршированные куриной печенью»
Подготовьте указанные ингредиенты. Помидоры промойте в воде, лук очистите от кожуры и так же промойте. Печень и грибы промойте, с печени срежьте пленки и удалите желчные мешочки.
Лук нарежьте мелкими кубиками и обжарьте в казане 2-3 минуты, влив туда растительное масло.
Нарежьте грибы ломтиками и добавьте в казан. Можно использовать замороженный продукт, разморозив его перед использованием и слив жидкость. Обжарьте в течение 5-8 минут до румяности.
Нарежьте куриную печень небольшими кусочками и добавьте в емкость. Обжарьте все еще 8-10 минут, но не более. Как только печень перестанет выделять кровь, она готова. Если пережарите — субпродукт приобретет горький привкус.
Готовую начинку измельчите и остудите. Промойте стебли зеленого лука и измельчите, добавьте в начинку вместе с солью, молотым черным перцем и перемешайте. Можно добавить майонез, если любите такие начинки.
С помидоров срежьте крышечки, и извлеките мякоть из них с помощью чайной ложки. Выложите их на тарелку.
Начините помидоры печеночной массой.
Выложите закуску на промытые салатные листья и подайте к столу. Источник
