Постный банановый крем для торта

Праздники происходят в течение всего года и иногда попадают на дни поста. Чтобы не переносить праздник, достаточно просто приготовить постный торт с таким тортиком. Берите на заметку!

Описание приготовления:

Таким кремом можно прослаивать коржи торта, пирожные, заполнять корзиночки и эклеры. Бананы нужно брать очень спелые, тогда крем получится нежным и ароматным. Сахар можно отрегулировать по своему вкусу увеличив или уменьшив количество.

Фрукты / Банан

Десерты / Крем

Ингредиенты:

Банан — 600 Грамм
Шоколад горький — 200 Грамм
Сок апельсиновый — 50 Миллилитров
Сахар — 100 Грамм

Как приготовить «Постный банановый крем для торта»

Подготовьте все необходимые ингредиенты для приготовления постного бананового крема для торта.

Бананы сполосните, очистите и поломав положите в кастрюлю с толстым дном. Всыпьте к банану сахар.

Влейте в кастрюлю апельсиновый сок.

Все хорошенько пробейте блендером до однородной массы.

Поставьте крем на слабый огонь и доведите до кипения. Варите, перемешивая, в течение 2-3 минут. Снимите и дайте постоять 5 минут.

Шоколад порубите и добавьте в банановое пюре, перемешайте до однородности.

Остудите крем и дайте постоять в холодильнике 30-60 минут, для стабилизации.

Теперь можете наносить крем на корж.
