Простой вкусный суп из фасоли, который легко приготовит любая домохозяйка. Время приготовления 20 минут

Ингредиенты

Вода — 2 л
Ветчина — 120 г
Консервированная фасоль — 1 шт
Картофель — 2 шт
Морковь — 1 шт
Луковица — 1 шт
Томатная паста — 2 ст. л.
Растительное масло — 2 ст. л.
Лавровый лист — 2 шт
Петрушка (зелень) — по вкусу
Соль — по вкусу

Приготовление

Морковь и лук очистить, лук мелко нашинковать, морковь натереть на терке.

Обжарить в кастрюле овощи на растительном масле.

Добавить соломкой нарезанную ветчину.

Картофель очистить и нарезать кубиками.

Добавить картофель и воду. Варить 10-12 минут на среднем огне.

Добавить фасоль и томатную пасту.

Добавить лавровый лист и посолить. Варить еще 5-7 минут.

Простой вкусный суп из фасоли готов. Разлить суп по тарелкам и посыпать мелко нашинкованной зеленью. Подавать к столу.
