Репа — незаслуженно забытый овощ. А ведь из него можно приготовить много вкусных блюд и этот рецепт тому подтверждение. Репа получается мягкой, нежной, а грибы и другие овощи прекрасно ее дополняют.
Описание приготовления:
Репа с грибами не занимает много времени на приготовление, а получается очень вкусно, похоже на овощное рагу. Блюдо может быть как самостоятельное или дополняться мясом, рыбой. Грибы можно взять абсолютно любые, у меня замороженные подосиновики, но лучше всего лесные. Вместо молока можно взять сливки, но откажитесь от сливочного масла, получится слишком жирно.

Репа — 250 Грамм
Грибы — 150 Грамм
Лук репчатый — 1 Штука
Лук зеленый — 20 Грамм
Зелень — 10 Грамм
Молоко — 100 Миллилитров
Масло сливочное — 15 Грамм
Масло растительное — 2 Ст. ложки
Соль — По вкусу
Перец черный — По вкусу
Количество порций: 2
Как приготовить «Репа с грибами в духовке»
Подготовьте все необходимые ингредиенты для приготовления репы с грибами в горшочке.
Лук почистите и порежьте. Обжарьте с растительным маслом в течение 2-3 минут.
Добавьте порезанные грибы и обжаривайте все на среднем огне в течение 8 минут, перемешивая.
Репу и морковь почистите и порежьте кубиком. Выложите в кастрюлю, влейте воду, посолите и поставьте на средний огонь. Доведите до кипения и варите в течение 5 минут. Откиньте овощи на дуршлаг и дайте воде полностью стечь.
Выложите к отваренным овощам обжаренные грибы и мелко нарезанную зелень с зеленым луком. Все посолите, поперчите и перемешайте.
Выложите овощи в глиняный горшок, чтобы было пространство сверху.
Молоко нагрейте до начала кипения и вылейте в горшок к овощам. Положите сверху кусочек сливочного масла.
Поставьте в горячую духовку и выпекайте при температуре 180 градусов в течение 30 минут. Затем достаньте и сразу подавайте к столу.
