Фруктовый лед из вишни

Как хорошо в жару охладиться кусочком холодного льда. А если это мороженное сделано из вишни, то это еще и очень вкусно. Берите на заметку!

Описание приготовления:

Фруктовый лед по этому рецепту можно сделать из любых ягод или фруктов. Если берете свежую вишню, обязательно удалите косточки. Сахар можно чуть увеличить, но не сильно, иначе мороженое просто не застынет. Если лед трудно вынимается из формочек, просто опустите на его несколько секунд в кипяток. Верхний слой немного оттает и мороженое легко выйдет.

Подготовьте все необходимые ингредиенты для приготовления фруктового льда из вишни.

В кастрюлю всыпьте сахар, добавьте воду и поставьте на средний огонь. Доведите до кипения и варите до растворения сахара. Остудите.

Вишню разморозьте и пробейте блендером до однородной массы.

Соедините обе массы и перемешайте.

Разлейте вишневую массу в формочки для мороженого или просто в миску. Поставьте в морозильную камеру на один час. Если масса уплотнилась, вставьте в каждую формочку деревянные палочки и оставьте до полного застывания мороженого.
