Хочу поделиться рецептом очень интересной закуски из запечённого красного лука. Она получается ароматной, сочной и очень эффектно выглядит! Внешне лук напоминает распустившийся цветок.
Описание приготовления:
Ниже я расскажу подробнее, как приготовить запеченный красный лук "Водяная лилия". Луковицы лучше брать среднего размера. В маринад можно добавить молотый чеснок и острый перец. Подавать лук можно к картофелю или к блюдам из мяса.

Лук красный — 2 Штуки
Уксус бальзамический — 1 Ст. ложка
Масло оливковое — 1,5 Ст. ложки
Лимонный сок — 1 Ст. ложка
Соль — По вкусу
Черный молотый перец — По вкусу
Сушеные итальянские травы — 1/3 Чайных ложки

Как приготовить «Запеченный красный лук "Водяная лилия"»
Красный лук очистите от несъедобного слоя кожуры. Немного подрежьте дно, чтобы лук мог ровно стоять. Срежьте верхушку и сделайте 8 разрезов, но не доходя до конца.
Для маринада смешайте бальзамический уксус, оливковое масло, лимонный сок, сушёные итальянские травы, соль и чёрный молотый перец.
Полейте маринадом красный лук так, чтобы он попал в разрезы. Оставьте промариноваться на 10-15 минут.
Переложите красный лук в форму для выпечки, полейте маринадом.
Накройте форму фольгой и выпекайте в духовке 25 минут при температуре 220 градусов.
